The Milk Truck concept is part activism and part humor. Artist Jill Miller unveiled her converted ice cream truck in 2011 at the Pittsburgh Biennial at the Andy Warhol Museum

This mobile unit drives to malls and restaurants providing mothers a sanctuary to whip out a boob and feed their kid.

Jill is applying for a non-profit 501(c)3 status to officialize her mission “of advocating for the rights of babies to eat wherever they are.”

To insure her cause draws due attention, she mounted a big breast on top of her milk truck.
